But our gourmet offering isn’t just about the food; it’s also about where and how you decide to dine, with our main restaurant, The Other Side, or the rooftop bar being some of the options. Inside or out? Garden, poolside or with a view of the shimmering Murchison Bay of Lake Victoria? Something light and healthy, a fine dining or casual experience sharing dishes perfect for creating connections with those with whom you are networking or socialising? Self-care need not go out the window during your travels and the Latitude 0 spa is the perfect place to decompress, especially after a stressful day or an intense session at our gym. We have three en suite treatment rooms in which to pamper you, as well as two private group spaces where you can indulge with your friends, or that someone special.
The products we use in our spa were born out of a love for Africa and are free of harmful substances. Through harnessing a powerhouse of plant-based oils and extracts from African species that have adapted to cope with the harshest conditions on the planet, this unique product range can help your skin do the same. The Works was conceived with entrepreneurs in mind: a forward-thinking, thoroughly modern business environment that’s both stimulating and stylish. We’ll be offering a mix of open-plan ‘hot-desking’, as well as single and multiple-person private workspaces, and then of course, meeting rooms and conference areas.
Latitude 0 is poised be a prime venue in Kampala for concerts, TED-style talks, art exhibitions, movies, fashion shows and workshops, all designed to stir the mind and body and encourage stimulating interactions between you and your fellow guests.

As we continue to spread throughout Africa, we strive to keep our environmental impact as low as possible and supporting local industries. Forging real connections and commitments allows us to create statement interiors produced by local communities using recycled, upcycled and sustainable materials. Curated original artworks form huge centrepieces in lobbies, ornate hand beaded textiles adorn the stylish bedrooms and our funky recycled and upcycled furniture pushes the boundaries of local artisans’ talent, and the materials they have at hand. We are proud to be ambassadors for emerging African talent, and our ethical attitude towards our existence helps to create a unique vibe that is unlike any formulaic hotel.
